Garden Redesign for an exclusive home in Biniali, Mallorca, Spain

A beautiful home set in Biniali with views to the Tramuntana mountains. We were hired to redesign the existing garden which lacks cohesion and integration into the surrounding landscape. Our design will under take a reorganization of existing palm trees and olive trees, redirect views to the mountain scenery, and provide more intimate garden settings through layers of vegetation while also providing some key screening. We are also reducing a large amount of lawn to incorporate an interesting palm garden with meadow and water feature. The planting is tonal, textured and soft. An introduction of large trees will scale the house and also break the existing grid of the olive grove. Pottery will also play a key role in adding interest.

Terrain: flat with some exposure to Tramuntana winds.
